Technical
data
• Marine plywood is used in the bottom.
• If necessary, a net can be installed over the entire area of the bottom to protect against rodents.
• Structural wood: spruce, strength class C24, graded, dried, calibrated.
• Structures are insulated with wool: bottom/floor – 300 mm; walls – 200 mm; roof – 300 mm.
For facade finishing, fire tempered wood cladding and custom-made sheet metal elements (using 0.6 mm Ruukki sheet metal) are used.
• Roof covering – Ruukki 50 Plus Classic sheet metal. The downpipe is integrated in the construction.
• Aluminium Raynaers window and patio door profiles. Glass packages with increased solar control and toughened glass.

The sauna is sold with a fully finished facade decoration. 2 types of facade finishes are available: two-tone fire tempered wood cladding or a combination of fire tempered wood cladding with individually made sheet metal elements (more pictures, information can be found in the section for “Medi” or “Maxi” projects), rain collection system. LED lighting is subtly integrated in the fasade between the facade planes and spot LED lights are installed on the terrace. A leak test service can be ordered if required.
Finish level inside: the sauna area is equipped with full finish, other rooms – according to the chosen finish level.
Payment terms (other options are possible):
• 50% – upon signing the production contract
• 50% – upon completion of production, prior to shipment from the factory
Note: If installation and/or transportation services are required, the second payment amounts to 40%, and the remaining 10% is to be paid within 2 business days after the transportation and/or installation is completed.
Warranty:
• There is a 5-year warranty for the building
• A 2-year warranty for the furniture
• The warranty for the equipment is provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty period.
VAT:
Prices are quoted excluding VAT. In Lithuania, VAT is 21%, and when purchasing from another country, the applicable rate in that country applies.
P. s. If you opt for a piling service, an additional arrival fee will apply. If you need our specialist service for the installation of a house or a terrace, the price is subject to adjustment when you know the future address of the object. Transport is not included.
