Many years of experience in designing and realizing individual houses enabled us to create an aesthetic, functional and sustainable modular house. The main challenge was to create a universal architectural expression that could be easily adapted to different needs and planning schemes. No, it’s not necessary. Modular homes are usually installed on steel screw piles, and only if this cannot be technically implemented, other options are chosen.
Partial finishing – about 2.5 months; Full finish – about 3.5 months; Full finish with furnishing (integrated furniture, appliances…) – about 4 months.
Yes, our modular homes are of such dimensions that they can be transported to other countries.
